Refund policy

Returns
Due to the nature of Peek a Box mystery products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases, opened mystery boxes, opened/unsealed items, or items that have been used.

Returns, replacements, or refunds may only be considered if:

  • you receive the wrong item
  • your item arrives damaged or defective
  • an item is missing from your order

To report an issue, please contact us at peekabox.peekabx@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/videos).

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the surprise/mystery nature of our products, opened mystery boxes and opened/unsealed items are non-returnable.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • custom or personalized products
  • gift cards
  • sale items
  • items that have been used

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Exchanges or replacements may only be considered for approved cases involving damaged, incorrect, or missing items.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, in accordance with applicable law.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days, or up to 30 business days in some cases.
