SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within the following timeframes:

• 1–3 business days for standard orders
• 3–5 business days for orders that include a packing video service

Processing times begin after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing may take longer during peak periods, promotions, holidays, or unusually high order volumes.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped from Vietnam.

Shipping times vary depending on your destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Most international orders typically arrive within approximately 2–4 weeks after shipment, though some destinations may arrive sooner or take longer.

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please note that shipping transit time does not include order processing time.

Shipping Delays
International shipping delays may occur due to:

• customs inspections
• carrier delays
• postal service overload (especially during holidays or peak periods)
• weather conditions
• other circumstances beyond our control

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.

International Shipping, Customs, Duties & Taxes
We offer international shipping to available destinations shown at checkout.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us at peekabox.peekabx@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees associated with international delivery, unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout.

Peek a Box is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Peek a Box is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, discarded, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in these cases.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at peekabox.peekabx@gmail.com. We may not be able to make changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking information shows that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, Peek a Box is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If your package appears significantly delayed or may be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist by working with the shipping carrier.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at peekabox.peekabx@gmail.com with clear photos/videos so we can review the issue.
